At ApricusFashion, If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item / type / shadow / etc), you can send it back to us.

*Returns must made within 14 days from date of received.

  1. Damaged items must be returned with the original box and receipt.
  2. Items purchased during promotional activities do not meet the return and replacement conditions.
  3. Please notify CS before sending back the item, otherwise the request will not be processed.
  4. The retransmission project will be arranged at random.
  5. Please provide the return package tracking number, if not at your own risk.

 

How to return?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

How long does it take to receive my refund / new item?

  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have receive your returned item. Refund will be process after we had confirm that the item is defected.
  • Refund amount only covers item’s price as listed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are returning or exchanging clothing, please make sure they are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
